Another great webinar where Jay Arthur shows some of the capabilities of QI Macros to a group of folks who signed up and attended.
Some were familiar with the software and already use it, and some had not yet begun to use it; all were interested in learning new ways that QI Macros can help them with their Quality Improvement efforts. (You can hear him answering questions typed in by webinar attendees.)
If you saw a feature demonstrated in the webinar that might have been added to QI Macros after the version you’re using (for instance, the automated Value Stream Map), you may need to purchase an upgrade to bring your QI Macros to the current version.

Last week, our grandson graduated from Colorado College and our granddaughter graduated from Rock Canyon High School.
Jake’s graduating class of 500 went single file to the podium to receive their diploma.
Rachel’s graduating class of 500 came from four directions simultaneously. Four name callers, four people handing out diplomas.

I started using TurboTax to do my taxes years ago. I used to gather up my 1099s and W-2 and everything else and spend a whole day doing my taxes. Your taxes may not be as complicated as mine, but think of these forms as “work in process” (WIP). I was doing them in a big batch just before the filing deadline.
Then I started using a Lean approach. Whenever a W-9 or 1099 arrives in the mailbox, I input it into the software. By mid-March when the business taxes are finished, everything is in and my taxes are ready to file.
