Crosstab PivotTable Wizard - Excel Pivot tables can be hard to learn but they are a snap with the QI Macros. Just select up to four columns of data and then click on the QI Macros PivotTable Wizard to create a PivotTable in Excel.

Word Count - counts the number of times a word or two word phrase appears in comment data collected by service reps from customers. Use it to summarize raw text data and then create pareto charts.

Stack and Restack - Converts the number of columns your data is organized into. You can increase the number of columns your data in organized into (e.g. 1 to 2, 1 to 4, 3 to 5, etc.) or you can decrease the number of columns your data is organized into (e.g. 4 to 1, 4 to 2, 3 to 2, etc.) Stack/ Restack replaces the Gen table macro in old versions of the QI Macros.

Get Sample - Selects either a Random or Periodic sample from a table of data.

Paste Link/Paste Link Transpose - Excel allows you to either Paste Link or Paste Transpose but not both at the same time. Use the QI Macros to do both. The QI Macros Paste Link and Paste Link Transpose also use formulas to prevent putting zeros instead of blanks in linked cells.

Use these tools to create the links from existing data to the QI Macros Fill-in-the-blanks chart templates to simplify reporting.
